What do the label amounts give you?
Five printed rows totaling 658 mg, and several actives well below the amounts that trials used.
The capsule has about 65 mg of chlorogenic acids (130 x 50%), against 500 mg or more in a pooled analysis (Kanchanasurakit 2023, chlorogenic acid). Its HCA is about 65 mg, roughly 4% of the 1,500 mg tested over 12 weeks in 135 people, which showed no difference from placebo (Heymsfield 1998, garcinia RCT). Raspberry ketone has no human trial on its own that we could find.
The caffeine row, 138 mg, is about a third of FDA's 400 mg daily reference for healthy adults (FDA, Spilling the Beans caffeine), before coffee or tea.
