The directions read "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily." Nothing on the label says to dissolve it, mix it or chill it. If a page shows a can, a fizzy drink or a powder under this name, it is not the product described on this site.

The name
Why does a capsule have soda in its name?
The label does not explain the name, and we found no source that does, so we will not guess at the reason.

Yes, it has caffeine, and the amount is large for one capsule: at least 138 mg, from the caffeine anhydrous row alone.
