How many SodaSlim capsules should I take a day?
One. The label directs: “As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily.”
That is the whole instruction, and the caution next to it says not to exceed the recommended dose. A bottle holds 30 capsules, which is 30 days at one a day. More capsules do not make a bigger "dose" in any sense the label supports. They add more caffeine and more of every other row.
The sodaslim dosage works out to 130 mg each of green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract, plus 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous, so 658 mg of the five rows in one capsule (4 x 130 + 138) (SodaSlim label).

Timing
When should I take SodaSlim?
The label does not say. It gives no time of day, and no instruction about food or water.
Because each capsule has at least 138 mg of caffeine, many people will think first about sleep. EFSA notes that about 100 mg of caffeine can affect sleep in some people (EFSA, caffeine safe intakes). A capsule is above that figure, and 138 mg is about 70% of EFSA's 200 mg single-dose reference (138 / 200). A later capsule may therefore sit closer to bedtime than you want.
We cannot tell you the best hour, and no source tests one for this capsule. Pick a time you can repeat, watch your own sleep, and ask a clinician if sleep suffers. Adults need seven or more hours a night (CDC, Sleep).

The label's direction is daily, one capsule. It sets no end date and no safe length of use, and we found no study of long use.

How much caffeine do I get with SodaSlim?

The 138 mg is the caffeine row on the SodaSlim label (SodaSlim label); the coffee and tea rows may add some, and the label does not say how much. 200 mg a day is the ACOG pregnancy reference (ACOG, caffeine in pregnancy); 400 mg a day is the FDA general adult reference, about two to three 12-ounce cups of coffee (FDA, Spilling the Beans caffeine). Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take any prescription medicine, or if you have liver disease, a heart condition or high blood pressure: caffeine and green tea extract can interact with medicines (NCCIH using supplements wisely). The label says not for under 18, pregnant or nursing.
Missed or extra
What if I miss a capsule or take two?
The label says nothing about a missed day, so do not take extra to catch up.
The only direction is one a day, and the caution says not to exceed it. If you took two by mistake, count the caffeine (at least 276 mg, 2 x 138) and watch for jitters, a racing heart or stomach upset. FDA places toxic effects near 1,200 mg taken quickly (FDA, Spilling the Beans caffeine). If you feel unwell, call a clinician or poison control. Chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing: call 911.
Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place below 30C (86F), out of children's reach, and see side effects and who should not take it.
