Soda slim weight loss is not something the label promises or any trial shows. The front says “Helps Support Healthy Weight Management*”, a starred line. Reviews of single ingredients found differences from 0.04 kg for green tea to 1.23 kg for green coffee. No trial tested SodaSlim.

The claim
Does SodaSlim cause weight loss?
We found no evidence that it does. The label makes no weight-loss promise in those words, and no trial tested the capsule.
The nearest wording is “Helps Support Healthy Weight Management*”. The star leads to the statement that the FDA has not evaluated it. The FTC has said that weight-loss claims need reliable scientific evidence, and it lists false promises to watch for in diet ads (FTC, Truth Behind Weight Loss Ads). Our rule: no pounds, no days, no promises.

A caffeine review pooled 13 trials (606 people) with very high inconsistency (Tabrizi 2019, caffeine and weight). For raspberry ketone, we found no human trial of the ketone alone.
Dose gap
Are the SodaSlim amounts the same as the studied ones?
No. For green coffee and garcinia, the label has a small fraction of the studied active amounts.
- Chlorogenic acids: about 65 mg (130 x 50%), against 500 mg or more studied. About 13%.
- HCA: about 65 mg (130 x 50%), against 1,500 mg. About 4%.
- EGCG: about 58 mg (130 x 45%), well below the 800 mg a day at which EFSA raised concern (EFSA 2018, green tea catechins).
Caffeine is the same story: a review of 13 trials (606 people) showed very high inconsistency (Tabrizi 2019, caffeine and weight).

How many pounds can you lose with SodaSlim?
No number can be given. We found no trial of the capsule, and the label promises no pounds. Single-ingredient reviews report averages of a kilogram or less, and individual results vary widely.
Are Soda Slim capsules for weight loss approved by the FDA?
No. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA 101 supplements). The label's own statement says the claims have not been evaluated, and the capsule is not meant to treat any disease.
Can a weight-loss supplement hide drug ingredients?
Some can. FDA keeps a list of weight-loss products found with hidden drugs (FDA, hidden ingredients in weight loss). Nothing we found says SodaSlim is on it, but no lab report is published for it either.
