What does a SodaSlim before and after photo actually show?
A before and after photo shows how a person looked at two moments, and nothing about why. The gap between the moments can come from many sources besides a capsule.
Photograph one person twice in a day and the pair can differ: window light, a deep breath or a heavy lunch changes a midsection. Photos are also chosen, and the best pair gets shared. The FTC says testimonials are not reliable scientific evidence (FTC health products guidance).

Are there SodaSlim results photos on this site?
No. We publish no body photos and no before and after pairs for SodaSlim, because we have no way to show that a capsule caused what a picture shows.

What studies exist look at single ingredients. A 2020 meta-analysis pooled 15 trials of green coffee extract in 897 people and found a difference of 1.23 kg between groups, with no clear link to the dose of chlorogenic acid (Asbaghi 2020, green coffee meta). The SodaSlim label has about 65 mg of chlorogenic acids (130 mg x 50%), and no trial tested SodaSlim or this five-row mix.

Keep a plain log for the 30 days of one bottle, and record the same few things the same way each time. A log will not prove a cause, but it is far fairer than two photos.

What should you not credit to the capsule?
Credit the capsule with nothing it has not been shown to do. Sleep, activity and eating patterns appear in the health sources we read; a capsule does not.
