What is the SodaSlim dosage on the label?
The SodaSlim dosage is one (1) capsule daily. The directions read "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily," and the caution adds that you should not exceed the recommended dose (SodaSlim label).
That is the whole instruction. The label gives no time of day, no food rule and no loading phase. A 30-capsule bottle covers 30 days. SodaSlim is a capsule, not a soda, so there is no drink to measure.

More than one
How many SodaSlim a day is too many?
The label allows one capsule a day, so anything above that is outside the directions. We found no study or label line that supports two or three.
The caffeine row shows why. It prints 138 mg, and the green coffee row may add more that the label does not state. The table counts only the printed row.

FDA gives 400 mg a day as a reference for healthy adults, counting every source (FDA, Spilling the Beans caffeine). EFSA gives 200 mg in a single sitting (EFSA, caffeine safe intakes). Coffee, tea and energy drinks count toward both lines.

Would a larger dose do more?
We found no evidence that it would, and the studied amounts mostly differ from the label anyway.
In one trial, 135 adults took 1,500 mg of garcinia acid a day for 12 weeks and did not differ from placebo (Heymsfield 1998, garcinia RCT). The label has about 65 mg, roughly 4% of that. A pooled analysis of three trials (103 people) used 500 mg or more of chlorogenic acid a day, about eight times the label's 65 mg (Kanchanasurakit 2023, chlorogenic acid). No trial tested SodaSlim, so neither result says what a capsule does.
EFSA raised liver concerns about EGCG supplements at 800 mg a day (EFSA 2018, green tea catechins). The label's 58 mg is about 7% of that, yet the plain reading of "do not exceed" is to stop at one capsule.

Who should check with a clinician before taking it?
Anyone on a medicine or with a medical condition should ask first, because the label says to consult a physician in those cases.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take any prescription medicine, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, anxiety, sleep trouble, thyroid or liver disease: caffeine and green tea extract can interact with medicines. Keep taking prescribed medicine; chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing: call 911. Dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or belly pain means stop and get care.

Can I take half a SodaSlim capsule?
The label gives no instruction for splitting. The capsule is a sealed vegetable capsule, and the directions say to take one whole capsule daily. If one capsule seems like too much caffeine, that is a question for your clinician, not a reason to open it.
What if I miss a day?
The label does not cover missed days, and we found no guidance to double up. The printed dose is one capsule daily, so the plain reading is to take the next one as normal. Doubling would also double the caffeine row to 276 mg.
Does the dose change with body weight?
The label sets a single dose for adults 18 and over and no weight-based table. We found no source that sets a different dose by body size for this combination. A clinician can advise if you have a particular health concern.
