The front of the bottle carries a starred line, “Metabolic & Appetite Support*”, and three claim lines beneath it. NIH's fact sheet on weight-loss supplements says little is known about them, and raspberry ketone has been studied only in combination (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss).

Is “Metabolic & Appetite Support*” an approved claim?
No, because FDA does not approve supplement claims at all.

Do the studied doses match what is in the capsule?
Mostly no: the label amounts sit well below several studied or reference doses.
- Green coffee: a 2020 meta-analysis of 15 trials (897 people) found 1.23 kg, with no dose-response (Asbaghi 2020, green coffee meta). A 2023 analysis used 500 mg or more of chlorogenic acid a day (Kanchanasurakit 2023, chlorogenic acid); the capsule has about 65 mg (130 x 50%), roughly 13% of that.
- Garcinia: 1,500 mg of HCA for 12 weeks in 135 people showed no difference from placebo (Heymsfield 1998, garcinia RCT). The label has about 65 mg of HCA, roughly 4%.
- Green tea: EFSA flagged EGCG supplements at 800 mg a day (EFSA 2018, green tea catechins). The capsule has about 58 mg (130 x 45%), around one fourteenth of that.
No trial tested SodaSlim, so none of these figures predicts what one capsule does.
