SodaSlim honest review: strengths and weak spots from the label
This SodaSlim honest review is a read of the label and the research, not of personal use; we claim none. The label prints every amount, including 138 mg of caffeine, and a one-a-day direction. Its weak spots are no product trial, an unnamed manufacturer and caffeine plus two rows with liver-injury reports.

How this review works
What is a fair SodaSlim review built on?
A fair review here rests on two things: what the label prints and what the sources found. We did not take the capsules, and we show no ratings or customer quotes for any "sodaslim review" you may have seen.
Strengths and weak spots
What does the SodaSlim label do well, and where is it weak?
It does the basics openly, and it leaves the harder questions unanswered.
Fair strengths
- Every amount is printed in mg, with no proprietary blend
- "Contains caffeine" is printed, and the caffeine row is 138 mg
- One capsule a day is the stated direction
- The FDA statement and a distributor address and phone are on the label
Weak spots
- No trial tested SodaSlim or the five rows together
- The manufacturer is not named
- Badges are printed without a certifier, and we did not verify them
- Two rows carry liver-injury reports
Row by row
How strong is the evidence behind each label row?
Small to very little for weight, appetite or metabolism, and it varies by row. The meter shows an editor's reading, not a rating of the capsule.
Green coffee extract is the best studied: 1.23 kg across 15 trials and 897 people (Asbaghi 2020, green coffee meta). For raspberry ketone, we found no human trial of the ketone alone.
| Row | On the label | Studied or referenced |
|---|---|---|
| Green coffee | Chlorogenic acids about 65 mg (130 x 50%) | 500 mg or more a day (Kanchanasurakit 2023, chlorogenic acid) |
| Garcinia | HCA about 65 mg (130 x 50%) | 1,500 mg for 12 weeks (Heymsfield 1998, garcinia RCT) |
| Green tea | EGCG about 58 mg (130 x 45%) | EFSA concern at 800 mg a day (EFSA 2018, green tea catechins) |
| Caffeine | At least 138 mg | 400 mg a day reference |

What are the main cautions in a SodaSlim review?
Caffeine and the liver. One capsule has at least 138 mg of caffeine, about a third of FDA's 400 mg a day reference for healthy adults, before any coffee or tea (FDA, Spilling the Beans caffeine).
NIH's LiverTox links garcinia products to acute liver injury that can be severe (LiverTox, Garcinia cambogia), and green tea extract to cases of liver failure and transplant (LiverTox, green tea). Cause is not proven for this product. Dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or belly pain: stop and get care.
Keep taking prescribed medicine; chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing: call 911.
The verdict
Is SodaSlim worth trying, after an honest review?
That is your call and your clinician's. The label is open about its contents, and the evidence for results is thin. See how to use it if you proceed; price and guarantee are as printed at checkout.

FAQ
SodaSlim questions people ask
Did you take SodaSlim for this review?
No. This is a read of the label and published studies, and we claim no personal use. We print no ratings, customer names or quotes, because none are verified.
What is the biggest weak spot on the SodaSlim label?
No trial tested SodaSlim or the five rows together, so its claims lack direct evidence. The unnamed manufacturer and unverified badges come next.
Is SodaSlim high in caffeine?
One capsule has at least 138 mg from the caffeine row alone, about a third of FDA's 400 mg a day reference. The coffee row may add more, and the label does not say.
