SodaSlim results: what the research can and can't say
SodaSlim results are unknown, because we found no trial of the capsule or its five-row mix. Pooled studies of single ingredients found small differences: 1.23 kg for green coffee extract, 0.88 kg for garcinia and 0.04 kg for green tea outside Japan. Those studies used other amounts and other people.

What do SodaSlim results look like in research?
No research shows SodaSlim results, because no trial tested the capsule. What exists are studies of single ingredients, and they found differences of about a kilogram or less.

Label against studies
How do the studied amounts compare with the label?
The label amounts are often far below the amounts studied, so even a study result would not carry over. The gauges show an editor's reading of the human evidence for each row, not a rating of SodaSlim.
A 2023 meta-analysis found 1.30 kg with chlorogenic acid at 500 mg a day or more, in 3 trials and 103 people (Kanchanasurakit 2023, chlorogenic acid). The label has about 65 mg (130 mg x 50%), roughly 13% of that. In a 1998 trial, 135 people took 1,500 mg of HCA for 12 weeks and did no better than placebo (Heymsfield 1998, garcinia RCT). The label has about 65 mg of HCA, about 4% of that dose.

How long do SodaSlim results take?
No one can say, because we found no source that timed an effect for this capsule. A bottle lasts 30 days at the label's one capsule a day, and that is the only schedule the label gives.

Are there clinical trials of SodaSlim?
No. We found no trial of SodaSlim or of the five rows together. The studies we cite tested single ingredients, usually at other amounts, so they cannot predict what this capsule does.
How much weight did green coffee extract trials show?
A 2020 meta-analysis of 15 trials in 897 people found a 1.23 kg difference between groups. It found no clear link to chlorogenic acid dose, and no trial used SodaSlim.
